If there’s an issue with a deal that you’ve posted, you have the ability to delete it from PMC. Before you delete a deal, here are some things to consider:
- If you delete your deal, the “Borrower Tools” functionality won’t work properly.
- Deleting a deal is permanent. There isn’t a way to undo deleting a deal.
- If you’ve already found a lender, mark the deal as “fully funded” in the chat instead of deleting it.
- Deleting a deal will remove the rating for that deal meaning you won’t get credit for having completed the deal.
If you feel like it’s appropriate to delete the deal, here are the steps.
From your dashboard, select the deal you wish to delete.
Scroll to the bottom of the deal and click the “Delete” button
Click “OK” to delete your deal.
