The 1 year loan I will pay you off once I sell roe refinance the property.
The 1 year plus one I will finance the property to one of my Spanish buyers like I done 25 times already. They will put between 15k-25k down in a property and I will finance the balance for them.
Last deal I did like this one was last month. Customer put 35k down and finance 72k for 3 years at 12% APR.
Perfect situation for 401k IRÁ holders.
