Wow with the hurry of everyday as a full time real estate investor I forgot the stuff I accomplished. When I start this journey 30 months ago with no experience no money no knowledge my goal was 100 houses. So far I accomplished 34 properties with 40 doors. LET ME CLARIFY that some of this properties I have done owner financing to others and I am rehabbing some and I have 17 doors rented. But this tell me that I need to change my goal to 1000 houses. If I accomplished this with no knowledge I think I can go further with the experience and knowledge that I have and I keep learning everyday. KEEP YOUR GOALS IN MIND DAILY GUYS.
