I recently had a call with a fellow PMC member about a potential deal and lending relationship. They were prepared, encouraging, and approached our call with a servants heart. They were clearly committed to making their business grow and succeed. This was apparent in how they conducted themselves.
They also recommended a book, by Grant Cardone, 10x Principle. I’ve always thought you can tell a lot about someone by the books they read and recommend. This book (I’m almost done with the audiobook) has been a swift kick of tough love. Its also principled in creating value, and integrity. Im humbled by the reminder and commen sense.
This was worth the call with the member, alone.
