So delighted to meet you all! I’m Melody Bohannon and I live in Tampa Florida. I’m a capital raiser for businesses and large Real Estate projects. I work with a group of family offices, and larger funders. Most projects start at minimum of 2 million and extended up to a recent transaction of 1.5 billion. (Not my deal but one of the offices I work with did funded the project.)
