Curious how many borrowers who have posted in the last month have actually received any contact from Private lenders here on the site? Are they negotiating terms? Also where are the lenders posting funds to lend? Even small amounts. Lets get this Club actively posting. Knock Knock!!!

I lend on EMD and double close transactions.
On my profile is a section that shows if I am a borrower or lender or both and the range of value. I do not know if this is the only place that is listed or if it can be seen by others but that is the only place I am aware of.

Hope, I would recommend that you search for Lenders in the Connect screen, and pursue individual lenders who fit your criteria by reaching out to them. That is how I’ve met the borrowers I have worked with. I also reach out to specific borrowers, when they post deals I’m interested in, or have other parameters that might fit and I want to get to know them and their business. As a borrower I’d try to reach out and make the connections first and see what various lenders are looking for and how you might work together. Another great sell that really works is to participate on a Money Club Monday webinar, and present a deal as a borrower. You should get a lot of lender interest from that.
