The course provides some good information about how to review a Borrower (credit, etc), underwriting methods, and what you can (or need to) do in the event of an issue with the loan or Borrower, plus a lot of excellent basics on the math, loan terms, legal, accounting. Definitely worth the time. Biggest takeaway? I suppose it’s that there may be aspects of lending you’re not even considering or aware of, that a lender needs to know about. I’m sure it’s similar for a Borrower.
Excellent! Hope you got a lot out of it!
I just completed the Lender Cert this past weekend and am currently working on Borrower.
How do I get the lender certification ?
Nice! You get that Birmingham deal funded yet?
Hey Noah yes we got it funded, thanks again for having us on
Johny you have to go in the courses section
Lender Certification course – check! I will do the Borrower one as well, good to learn.
That’s awesome you completed this course! What’s your biggest take away on this one ?

How do you enroll? It says I have to enroll but do not see any options to enroll in the course. I am trying to take the Lender Cert.
