I’m excited to be a part of this community Looking forward to connecting with everyone and contributing what i can!..I’m a former residential real estate investor with some limited raising private money experience im jumping back in the game after a very long delay..My biggest stumbling block is the Private Money Path of the Deal especially the paperwork,..So i watched the Private Money Paperwork video I understand most of Paperwork however i felt the last part #4. insurance( Lenders title insurance policy? Wasn’t broken down enough..So my questions are as follows..
-Who specifically draws up the Insurance(Lenders title insurance policy) paperwork? Title Company?.. Lawyer?
-Can you give a specific breakdown of what type of insurance(Lenders title insurance) policy this is? How dose it work? What specifically dose it cover?
Also…is there any other specific paperwork that i should have for both short term 6 months to 1 year as well as long term 2 to 5 years?
