The best part of all this? All of our investors are STILL in the deal at their original investment rate. So that means. They are now receiving infinite cashflow returns along with future wealth appreciation. 🤯
Pretty cool right? I mean within 19 months we got all of our capital back and still get paid every month! What other investment vehicle does this?
Now with this windfall of cash, guess what we are doing with that money now? (No, not buying a Lamborghini 🏎️ )
