What are your typical terms for your EMD lenders? Are you only looking for PMLs that will hold for an extended period of time?
Hi Henry, I would be interested in learning more about the size of your needs, typical timeframes and terms. I’m not in a position right now, but would be interested in being a resource for you in the future.
Additionally if you need assistance securing more significant funding, I’m also a capital raiser for businesses and larger Real Estate projects. I work with a group of family offices, and have access to larger capital resources. Most projects start at minimum of 2 million and extend up to hundreds of millions.
