    Hi Henry, I would be interested in learning more about the size of your needs, typical timeframes and terms. I’m not in a position right now, but would be interested in being a resource for you in the future.

    Additionally if you need assistance securing more significant funding, I’m also a capital raiser for businesses and larger Real Estate projects.
