Hello! I’m in PA to begin with, but I did $10 Mil in sales my first year, almost entirely investments.
I know how to underwrite deals, and I’d like to make some moves with cash on buy/hold duplexes or single family flips.
I have 2 deals in mind right now that I’d love to share with a lender who would be willing to help me through my first deal or two.
My market in Northeast PA is my specialty. I’m flexible on exit strategies, and hoping for some 6-15 month holds to BRRR or flip.
I’d love to have some conversations with lenders who are open to lending $120-200K, with 10% down and open to interest rates. Also open to sharing a percentage of profit on a flip just to build some relationships, and show people what I can do with their money.
