My name is Henry and I am a brand new in the real estate community. I am trying to start off by wholesaling deal both in state and out of state. I am a very good researcher and can find deals. I am also licensed in NYS. My goal is to start flipping homes but need funds upfront to get a project started. Currently looking for a mentor and to build relationships with lenders. I do not mind paying a high premium as long as we can get the deal off the ground and obviously if the project makes sense. I look forward to making my investors happy and to continue that relationship which will eventually lead to upscaling projects. Looking forward to connecting with you guys and exchange ideas. I am looking to find, fund, finance, and flip my first project within the next three months. Would like to have a project completed by the end of the year. I know it’s a stretched but willing to work tirelessly to make this dream come true.
