If I’m doing VIP tickets, when should I arrive?
If you’ve purchased VIP tickets, your experience starts before the main event with an exclusive welcome evening to jumpstart your weekend!
We suggest arriving in Atlanta no later than 4:00 PM on Thursday, April 30th to allow time for hotel check-in and settling in.
The VIP Welcome Reception will be held from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. It’s a relaxed, upscale evening designed for meaningful connection, early networking, and a first taste of what’s ahead.
What Should I Wear or Prepare?
The dress code is casual and comfortable.
Here’s what we recommend:
Wear layers, as conference room temperatures can vary.
Bring comfortable shoes, you’ll be standing and walking during sessions and networking.
If you're pitching a deal or networking as a lender, bring any materials (e.g., flyers, summaries, or business cards) to support your conversations.
Pack a swimsuit! The hotel features a large indoor pool area, and we may host some informal hangouts by the pool.
Early May in Atlanta offers warm, springtime weather with highs in the upper 70s and comfortable evenings, ideal for both indoor sessions and time spent exploring the city.
What is the Refund Policy?
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or transfers to future events.
