I’m checking to see if anyone is interested in a long term loan, 5-10 years. I have a commercial rental property currently financed at a local bank. I believe this could be used as collateral in the second lein position. The loan could be structured as interest only, simple interest, or amortized based on your preferences.
Just throwing this out here to see if the idea of long term cash flow interests anyone.
