I am looking for $20k for as a down payment on 3 properties. Asking for 12 months interest only at 10%. Repayment plan is to sell the houses on owner finance with 10% down and use down payments to repay PML. The properties are projected to cash flow $20,700 total per year as rentals as a backup plan for repayment. The PML will be in second position behind mortgage but are protected by built in equity in the deal.
