I am looking to borrow up to 20M to purchase a company. I am offering .5% monthly return in ADDITION to 100% return.
Example 1 – Loan of 10M would result in a $50k monthly payment back to you as a THANK YOU. In addition, you would receive your full 10M investment back upon sell of the company in 5-6 years. Until then, relax and recoup 50K per month!
Example 2 – Loan of 20M would result in $100k monthly.
