I have an interesting request coming from one of the clients of mine.
He needs about 300K and is ready to pay 60K in one months.
He has a collateral – wine in barrels that has 2mm book value.
He is ready to package and ship it and needs money to start packaging the wine in to get ready for shipping.
He has another loan that he is getting against his property which is about 900K and it’s 60-70% ready.
He needs money to start sooner rather than later and will repay with money that will come from POs or from the loan that is almost ready.
