My company is seeking a private loan to fund an M&A investment. The loan information attached is up to $5MM and ultimately seeking $25MM, for the total project, for those of you interested.

The promissory note has been drafted by an NC attorney, though I am glad to work with your attorney as well. Attached is an example loan with options of $1MM to $5MM, and 5 & 6 year plans with each amount.

Additionally, we are open to negotiating the terms.
