My name is Brandon Schwab and I run Shepherd Premier Senior Living, our company has 9 properties with 4 of them in WI. I have an opportunity that we are seeking to raise $100K-200K for working capital and to finish up a rehab on two buildings in Cottage Grove, WI. These buildings currently have 27 out of 35 residents in them that are currently public pay (40% less than what private pay is). Our game plan is complete the rehab and then start to lease out to only private pay residents which will (overtime) get the payor mix to 50% public pay / 50% private pay within 1 year.
