In The Field
On day 2 we will be walking through properties and teaching students how to create rehab budgets. We will walk one property together and then you’ll be walking two additional properties on your own. When all said and done, you’ll be able to create a budget within 15 minutes, streamlining your ability to submit offers quickly and confidently.
