Is anyone concerned about this BOI with FinCen that goes into effect Jan 1, 2024 for all LLC’s, S-CORP etcs. ?
According to Reuters business trusts are included as well. 😳

Maybe I’m making a mountain out of a mole hill here, but it seems as if there is no anonymity anymore in wealth protection with this new rule. Any insight anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.
