I have a double close on 4/12, purchasing a home in Harrisburg for 55k (+ closing costs) and then selling it same day for 75k to an investor (ARV 160k). I’m looking for funds to cover the first closing just for that day, plus a couple days padding for the wire transfers. Lender gets 2 points + per diem interested at 20% (minimum 5 days interest).
