My name is Michael and I am one of the owners of Streamline Homestays. We are working to manage properties for long or short term rentals. We are looking for some early partners with properties that are willing to let us host their properties. We are looking to give the partners 20%-50% of profit depending on the arrangement and whether the property is furnished, in exchange we will manage everything about the rentals including professional cleanings and minor damage repair. That is awesome! Are you looking at a specific location or are you nationwide? I don’t have any STR at the moment, but I am considering renting out my home as a mid-term rental, while I go traveling.
