Hello, everyone. I wanted to introduce myself to the group. I have been a buy & hold investor since 2010. Started flipping properties in 2018 and that’s what I currently do as well as creative subject to deals for my portfolio. I have pictures of before & after of my projects & references of other PML I’ve worked with in the past that I can share with you. I am always looking for lending opportunities for future projects. I look forward to meeting & speaking with you guys, so hopefully we can do some deals together.
