I am a re/cre investor. Own a portfolio of mix properties. I’m in the DFW, Texas. The market is tough yet all is possible. Currently I’m working on a property that I own at 2401/2327 Oakland Blvd Fort Worth TX. Currently there are 4 properties on the same plat.

5-3, 2 story, 2800 sqft, Vacant
Large studio-2, 2200 sqft, Vacant
Currently working on a loan to cure 2 existing loans. Property value $800,000 in its present condition. Intent is to demolish and build 51 units. I’m looking at other options possibly building class a storage units. Undecided.
