- Demolition Underway: Demolition work on the existing properties has commenced, marking a significant milestone in the project’s development.
- Expansion: We are thrilled to share that we have expanded our project by adding a fifth property. This expansion brings new opportunities and potential for growth.
- Additional Funding Needed: With the addition of the fifth property, we will need to raise an additional $550,000 to support this new house’s development.
