I’m looking into buying farm land, developing it for 100-400 pads for manufactured housing / affordable housing. Our first one will be 55+ as it can be located near our 9 locations for assisted living to act as a feeder. 10% of those homes will be given to our caregivers/CNA’s as part of their compensation.
